The general feedback we got from our two ideas was positive, the fact that we were going through a different route and doing a Rom Com was quite popular. The ideas we came up with were:
Idea 1: the girl and boyfriend making there way to the girl's parents house, the girl firing question's which are comical and switching scenes to the girl's parents house where the parents are preparing to meet the new boyfriend.
Idea 2: the girl and new boyfriend are at the girl's parents house the girl picks up a glass of drink which flashes back and fades into her picking up a glass at a party and showing the scene of how her and her new boyfriend met.
We have chosen through our own preferences and what the class feedback said to go with idea 1. So now we can focus on how to make it extremely comical as well as having plenty of romance involved.
